The barrel drinking water filling equipment is the core equipment for 3-gallon and 5-gallon barrel drinking water production lines. It is an ideal equipment for the production of mineral water, distilled water and purified water. The machine is composed of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, cylinder, transmission, electrical appliances, etc. It can complete the actions of empty barrel washing, filling and capping. Through multiple washing processes, it can be quantitatively filled and automatically capped. All actions of the whole machine are controlled by PLC computer, which realizes stable flushing effect, accurate filling capacity and sealed capping effect. The washed clean bucket turns over 90 degrees with the chain movement, and the empty bucket is pulled out of the bucket seat by the bucket pulling cylinder and turned down with the bucket turning frame, and then the bucket is turned up by the bucket pushing cylinder, so that the empty bucket is placed on the conveyor belt of the filling machine for filling. After the sterilized empty barrel reaches the filling position, the filling valve is pushed into the barrel mouth by the cylinder, the filling pump is turned on for filling, the filling time is set by PLC, and the filling time can be corrected according to the liquid level by using the multi-function button of the panel to achieve a better position. After the filling of the bottled water equipment, the full barrel will be sent to the capping station by the conveyor belt, and the bottle cap will be put on the barrel mouth automatically when passing through the capping station on the way. After the lid is pressed, it is output through the conveying chain, and finally enters the post-packaging process. The equipment has compact structure, high working efficiency, stability and reliability, sensitive and correct action, and high degree of automation. It is a full-automatic barreling equipment of mechanical and electrical trinity.
