It is a semi-auto lab-scale machine used for making small unit dose water soluble
capsules samples of different kinds of non-aqueous chemical preparation (detergent,
pesticide, fertilizer…). It has good adaptability of water soluble PVA film. Machine provide function of vacuum absorb film in the mould, heating sealing film. Operater puts film, fill material ( powder, liquid, granules), fetch pod, cut pod.
it can change mould to pack different shape of pods, mould is made of POM plastic.
Product Application
The machine is particularly suitable for packing non-water washing detergent, missible oil, pesticide oil, chemicals agent and some other non aqueous system contents small dose single packs. It is a preferred packing way of sample pod.
